I am a certified Ashtanga and Vinyasa Yoga teacher based in Solihull, and looking to share my appreciation of yoga and its connection to our home. ๐Ÿฉต

I adopt a traditional, holistic approach to yoga, helping people strengthen their mind and body using the breath, our life-force, prana. Through the yogic practice I hope to bring a sense of comfort and ease into our daily lives. Helping us to slow down and look inwards, to connect to what is around us, always nurturing and challenging us. ๐Ÿ’ชโœจ๏ธ

Whether we listen for the wind moving the nearby trees ๐ŸŒณ or hear our breath reminiscing the distant sounds of the ocean waves ๐ŸŒŠ, through practising yoga we are able to focus inwards on these senses. We are able to ground the body and soul in meditation and in movement, and when we feel where we are in time we invite love into our home. ๐ŸŒธ Gently nourishing it and giving back to our roots, strengthening our foundations and allowing space for ourselves to grow. ๐ŸŒป๐Ÿ™
